You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving a reason.
The deadline for resignation from the order is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods or from the day on which a third party indicated by you, not acting as a carrier, came into possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by making an unequivocal statement.

We will refund the costs no later than within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods by us. We will use the same payment method that you used to place your order and you will not incur any fees for such refund.

For goods to be eligible for return, make sure that:

The customer bears the costs and risks associated with returning the goods to us. The goods should be sent to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return transport. For this reason, we recommend using insurance and a postal tracking service. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the goods or confirmation of receipt of the return shipment by us.
Prezenty:
If the merchandise was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher with a value equal to the value of the returned goods. Once you receive your returned product, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the merchandise was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to themselves to later give the product to you, we will send a refund to the person giving the gift.
